Stacey Smith is the founder of Prairie Quest Consulting, specializing in business transformation and project management. Stacey has proven expertise in Six Sigma, Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement for diverse industries and business segments. Over the last 25 years, her experiences have covered the public and private sectors, defense and aerospace, insurance/finance, human resources and Information Technology arenas. She spent 21 years working in the military arena for prime contractors Northrop Grumman, Rockwell International, and Lockheed Martin. A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Berry University in Miami , Florida , Stacey founded Prairie Quest with a credo to “ensure we always add value to our customers, employees and our community.” Stacey has been recognized for improving processes, achieving cost efficiencies and reducing process deviations for organizations in the public and private sector.
Vic Holove, Business Development Director (Private Sector Sales)
Vic Holove is the Director of Business Development for Prairie Quest Consulting, focusing on our Private Sector Sales. He has over 17 years of professional sales and marketing experience for companies such as Gordon Food Service, Franklin Covey, Paradigm Learning and Lexis Nexis. He has had client relationships with hundreds of companies including Fortune 1000 companies, including Bayer, Rolls-Royce, Aleris, Honda, TRW and the NCAA, on several services and offerings. Vic has developed award-winning sales volumes, has established sales metrics, and has served several national accounts simultaneously. In 2005, Vic was named the Top Account Executive at Lexis Nexis Screening Solutions for being a company leader in sales. Addditionally, he has served in a sales mentoring capacity and has an extensive history of public speaking engagements. Vic received his MBA from Anderson University in Indiana and completed his undergraduate work at Northwood University in Michigan. He has served on the Board of Directors with the Central Indiana Chapter of American Society of Training and Development.

Kristin Lack
Kristin Lack is a consultant with Prairie Quest Consulting and has a homeland security background. She received her Masters of the Arts in International Relations/Security Studies and was a Department of Homeland Security Fellow (Science and Technology Directorate) for three years. During her fellowship, she worked at headquarters in DC on many projects that dealt with preparedness and response issues. She also worked one-on-one with many first responders on identifying problems they have in their field and with the new requirements established after 9/11, examined past incidents (natural and man-made), tabletops and operational exercises, and nominal operations to determine lessons learned and to support her team that conducted a specific threat assessment for DHS. Kristin has also worked with local and state emergency management and homeland security officials in addressing specific statewide vulnerabilities.
Michael Taylor
Michael Taylor is an technical writer/editor with over 15 years experience in document preparation across a wide variety of topics, including IT polices, procedures, and processes; pharmaceutical manufacturing validation; and training modules. Of late, he has been concentrating on homeland security document preparation, capitalizing on his past experiences in Emergency Services. |
